It is our priority to build strong communities by sustaining functional local infrastructure, but also long-term we want to help link neighbours with economic and social relationships, contributing to local causes.

We are working towards our goals by:

  • Prioritising the use of local suppliers for material components
  • Recruiting locally along the South- East corridor
  • Completing 80% of our projects in the South Eastern region
  • Sponsoring local sporting clubs

  • Continually investing in our future leaders, regularly offering opportunities to apprentices, and
    career paths for people into carpentry from VCAL
